If you have troubles with copyright violation or bandwidth 
abuse, don't blame the tools. Blame the people. Sheesh.
HTTrack is a free (GPL) software, mostly used by 
individuals, researchers and IT professionnals to preserve 
online information. A minority of users may abuse this 
tool, and I am the first concerned (remember: I don't earn 
anything by developping this tool, except some gratitude 
from happy users)
