Hey there, and thankyou in advance to anyone who might be 
able to help! I have applied all the settings i think i 
need, to be able to download files (pdf files specifically) 
for offline viewing - but it's not working!  I read some of 
the posts on this forum, and followed some of the tips, to 
no avail:
1. max transfer rate = 10 B/s
2. Max connections = 2
3. set the spider = no robots.txt rules

I activated the "Activate Debugging Mode" option, and got 
some info re server version; etc.:
