Once I download an entire website onto my local hard drive 
thru HTTrack Website Copier, is there some way (or tool to 
use) for me to be able to print all of the website pages 
in sequential order?
For example, if I downloaded www.abc.com and it had 5 
pages, I could easily open each page and print them, but 
what if a website was 100 pages, I would not want to go to 
each page and print them manually.  I would like to do it 
in some sort of automated fashion.
