Generally, you have to use:
1. filters such as:
-* +www.yoursite.com/forum.cgi* -*nextpage* -
*previouspage*
2. options: MIME type asp,php,cgi -> text/html
3. bandwidth limit (cgi are cpu consumming), like 5KB/s
