I've spent days testing various settings, I've searched on this forum and I've
read the documentation, but I can't manage to extract all the jpg images from
<http://www.skins.be>, which are encoded in some kind of php script. (I've not
too familiar with html or php)

Can anyone have a look at the site and explain if it's possible and how I go
about extracting the images?
