There ya go...  right now there is no missing files --
 but if I ran it again, I'm sure it would try to re-
download the ones that have that weird error or the 
ones that are on home.att.ne.jp.  And it wouldn't 
leave the original files there either -- it would 
nuke them all first, THEN start downloading them in 
the second phase.

I think the website is changing the creation dates on 
the file or something (to discourage people like me 
archiving his site)
