I have a list of URLs that have to be grabbed at 20 minute increments
i.e. 
<http://foo.bar/1.zip>
 then 20 mins later
<http://foo.bar/2.zip>
 then 20 mins later
<http://foo.bar/3.zip>
 then 20 mins later
<http://foo.bar/4.zip>
etc. etc.

Usin WinHttrack under win2K - how would i do this? Alternatively, can you
suggest another app that would do it, preferably one that can take input from
a text file of URLs
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
