The father url is:

and I type in the filter(scan rules), to get only one link and forbid all rest
in the father URL:
-*+www.inovacaotecnologica.com.br/noticias/noticia.php?artigo=010110050706*

and I type in the filter (below URL that I just write here) for HtTrack don't
continue copy the links in the page that I Want:
-www.inovacaotecnologica.com.br/noticias/noticia.php?artigo=010110050706*

But nothing give results, The HtTrack continue copying a lot of links.
I've tried others conbinations but without success
Please Help

If the scan rules really works and this proceed is right. How can I make scan
rules work
