Apparent bug:
When updating a project some images are purged and replaced with same file but
with extension ".html".  For example, original mirror has file "map-large.jpg"
and after an update is replaced with "map-large.html" (contents of that file
are really a JPG).

Possible related bug:
Images containing uppercase characters sometimes incorrectly get purged after
an update.  Possibly tied to build structure.



Flagging this as an issue, although I still need to do further testing on
both.
