Subject: Problems with links opening to pdf files

I'm looking for some advice with a site I'm trying to mirror.
(http://cecommerce.uwex.edu/) I'm able to get the first page fine, and by
clicking on the menu bar to the left, I'm able to get to the underlying pages
(e.g. <http://cecommerce.uwex.edu/showcat.asp?id=9>) just fine. However, I'm
not able to click on the links on those pages to open the pdf files(e.g.
<http://cecommerce.uwex.edu/pdfs/A3615.PDF>). The files were downloaded and the
site structure seems to be complete on my harddrive. It also appears that the
links are pointing to the correct location to open the files. For some reason
though, the links fail to work. If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them.
Here are the filters in place:

+*.png +*.gif +*.jpg +*.css +*.js -ad.doubleclick.net/*
-mime:application/foobar

Thank you for taking the time to look at this!

Jason
