By starting a new project, copying jpeg's exactly where httrack would have put
them (example: in C:/My Web Sites/foo/www.example.com/images/bar.jpg for
<http://www.example.com/images/bar.jpg>), and selecting "Continue an interrupted
mirror"

This may work ..
