html pages, 4 not existing and 1 existing. It seams that things have change !

First of all, 3.40 doesn't respect my parameters and says :

Well, this is not a good news. Indeed, it's not a good idea to overload
servers, but what are my poor 4 KB/S regarding 20 Mb/S ADSL today ?
Second point : 3.40 record one "moved" link :

This is not a good idea and 3.33 didn't do that. Is it because "No error
pages" wasn't working and should I check this box ? I'll try soon.
