The engine always **rescan** the whole website 
structure to apply any changes in the options, and to 
recreate internally the virtual filesystem.

But using the 'Continue' option, the rescan should be 
very fast (the previous website data, stored in cache, 
is reused), and the engine should go on after few 
seconds. 

(except if you interrupted several times the download, 
which discards cached data)
