Yes, because I already kicked tens of similar listings on ebay that did not
mention the GPL license (the "NOTICE TO EBAY" is pretty clear :p)

However the software name is not mentionned.. strange isn't it ? :p

He can not. Or, more precisely, everyone is an 'authorized distributor' (GPL)

Anyway, selling GPL softwares for fifty bucks with no obvious advantages (such
as support..), without even mentionning the original program name/site and/or
authors names is not what I call an "honnest way of earning a life" IMHO. 

And I did not check the distribution method - are the sources and license
clearly distributed ? Are the original authors mentionned ? Hummm...
