?? The option is replaced by '100000' ?

This is crazy - maybe due to an interface/DLL problem. 
Can you check the winprofile.ini file in the hts-cache 
folder of the project, and see which value is set 
for 'Sockets' and 'MaxRate' ? This is the value used 
for the mirror.
