There is no limit for streams (mms://) in httrack *BUT* the remote server
*always* sets a limit for you.

This is the principle of streaming: the server controls the amount of data
send per second, based on the peer's bandwidth abilities, AND based on
server's limits, so that many simultaneous users can co-exist without
clobbering the server.

You won't get higher transfer rates with another program or player ; the limit
is set remotely.
