Where did you download it ?
Either your antivirus is bogus and makes false alarms, or you are already
infected and/or the site where you have downloaded it is infected, but
httrack.com servers are Linux-based servers, and are not subject to viruses as
far as I know.

And the httrack WIN32 build itself is made on virus-protected machines.
