Wipe default filters (default ones are something like: 
+*.gif +*.jpg...), the scope will be restricted to the 
webserver+path.

Go in 'Set options'/'Scan rules': clear the default 
value ('+*.png +*.gif +*.jpg +*.css +*.js -
ad.doubleclick.net/*') and restart the mirror (You can 
select 'continue an interrupted mirror' instead 
of 'update' to quickly rescan the whole site without 
having to check remotely each files).
