Well, HTTrack is specialized in mirroring Websites, 
and crawling HTML data, not really crawling and 
mirroring ftps - get an appropriate tool for that (on 
Un*x, tools like lftp), this will be more efficient ;)
The ftp support in the httrack engine is basic, and 
mostly limited to catching single files.
