hi,
I'm new using this program. My questions: by default, does the program
capture an entire web site - each item necessary is about 12 pages deep from
the home page?

The first time I ran it overnight (I use a high-speed cable connection) I
stopped it the following morning. I had to hit cancel twice because it
continued doing something for 10 minutes after the first time I hit cancel.
The second time I ran it for about 1 day 9 hours before I had to stop it
again. This time I got an error message decision box about the cache. I
clicked No because it was the default and it said something about that being
the preferred selection for updating the web site and I want it to continue to
update next time where it left off. Was that the correct choice or will I
loose some product page information when I continue the next time?

At this time I estimate another 5 to 7 days to complete the web site download.
I just want to make sure I'm doing it right. I don't have a second chance as
the site and its product database will soon be removed.

Also, this time I got 20,346 errors. What might be the cause of these errors?
When I tried to read the error log, I got a not enough memory error and the
program turned its self off. I'm running Win98SE on a P4 with 512M memory.

Your help and suggestions are sincerely appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Steve
