We've played around with a wrapper, but it doesn't meet the need.  Often we
use the GUI to experiment with parameters and then start a job.  Some of our
jobs take ten days and THEN we have to rejigger the parameters and start over. 
(Once we have the site scraping nailed, we can then use the command line...)

I'm thinking about posting this on Rent-a-Coder to see if I can find someone
with the particular skills to write this code (which we would, of course,
share.)  

Two things: 

What particular skills should I look for?
Do you know anyone who has coded around HTTrack already who might be
interested?
