Subject: Excluding Similar URL's at Different Depths

I am mirroring a site down to a depth level of three. Some of the links on all
of the depth levels are structured like this. The only thing that changes in
these links are the numbers, everthing else stays the same:

www.web-site.com/smith/franky?##### (no file extention at the end of the
URL is shown in the browser)

Is there a scan rule I can use to have Httrack get these links on the first
two mirroring depths but not the third depth level?

There are just too many of the links on the third depth level to manually copy
them and exclude them individually in the scan rules.

I'm using WinHttrack. This question most likely has been asked before but I
could not find anything in a search.
