I was wondering if anyone can help me with the following.

Is it at all possible to select a CD drive as a destination path and download
a website straight to CD without using burning software or does it have to be
download to the pc first then burnt to disk.

if anyone can provide an answer it would be much appreciated for reason I cant
go into, it's very important for me to know the answer.
