I am so Frustrated with this tool!
It works very well for me in all but one aspect
I love to use it, I file my folders in a common area, but it keeps overwriting
my index.html file in the parent directory!
I shouldn't have to anticipate it piling crap outside of the directory that I
name for it to load the Tracked content into.

This pisses me off, 'cause I normally keep my personal home page in that same
directory, and I have to re-write it or remember to back it up before I use
this tool (Darn, just used it and forgot to make the backup)

Why is it playing outside of it's sandbox?
