Hi,
is there anyone willing to help me how to grab this website

in plain textfiles onto harddisk whereas:

- all files should be named with txt extension (instead of htm/html) and must
not contain any html code (only plain text).

- the grabbing should occur every day on the same time. I want to save the
files into a structure in which a similar file/link (i.e. same topic) does not
occur twice, i.e. some links on the site above will have changed other wont -
I want to save the changed links only or if this is difficult an already
existing file with same name and content should be overwrited instead of
appearing at another structure (path) again.

- is it possible to have a daily "log" file with what has changed, the logfile
should be named YYYYMMDD-hhmmss.txt

I tried myself to do this and I already tried to find similar topics using
forum search but I was quite unsuccessful.

Hope anyone has done something similar and is willing to help me.
