Humm, can't reproduce the issue (at least with the latest beta release) - I
tried to download <http://download.httrack.com/cserv.php3?File=httrack.exe>
(which redirects to the .exe), and update it several times, and no more data
was transferred. (note: set "browser ID" to MSIE6 to avoid 400 errors)

What was the exact step to reproduce the issue ?
