The site is using javascript to open the text in a new window.  I'd say that
HTTrack is unable to parse and rewirte those URLs.

However the site does nicely provide NOSCRIPT alternate links (altho their
HTML is stuffed, but anyway), so I'd suggest turning off javascript in your
browser and your mirror may in fact work OK.
