Since Httrack just opens port 80 like any browser, if you can see the page then
so should Httrack.

One possibility is that the site rejects Httrack's Browser ID. (I normally use
MSIE 5.0)

Second possibility is that your antivirus is blocking Httrack's connections.

You might also change log/log file to debug and expert/Activate debugging
mode.
