I am wondering in when or in what order does Httrack 
evaluates these options:
1.) "Get non-html files related to a link" in "Set 
Option | Build"
2.) "external links", say level=1
3.) "scan rules" that we manually enter (I think these 
are evaluated such that rules at the end of the list 
take precedence over rules at the begginging of the 
list...at least that is how the FAQ seems to describe 
it.)

So what is the evaluation order?  Does WinHTTrack 
create the automatic rules and apply them before or 
after the manually entered rules?
