The CMS is, AFAIR, ExpressionEngine. Apparently a feature to prevent, um,
"unwanted access" (spidering). Occasionally, this feature seems also to flag
regular visitors as "unwanted", which makes it a royal PITA.

A similar system erraneously locked me out of a site once. Unfortunately, I
was the site admin, so I got rid of it real fast!
