Subject: binary files saved as html...

I've been trying to download a rather large web site
but I've been having problems.

Instead of saving the files with the
normal .zip, .cab, .exe, .dll, etc. extensions, they
are being saved with HTML extensions.

It doesn't appear to be a problem with the web server
itself, because when I go there and look at the file
links and download a few, they are proper.

But locally they are being done as html. And the
local directory index.html is showing them with HTML
extensions.

I've tried several times with 3.15 and 3.15-2.

Maybe the local cache has gotten corrupted and is
refusing to be 'updated' with the correct links?
Is there any way to tell it to flush the local cache
links and regenerate it all from the site?
