I'm trying to mirror "scriptures.lds.org".  All the 
files are HTML files, but don't have ".htm" or ".html" 
extentions.  All the "Chapter files" are just "1" 
or "2".  What config do I need to tell it not to 
translate the links to ".html", and to actually 
download the Chapter files?
