Thanks for your reply! No I'm on Unix (Linux), /path/to does exist, the user
under which I run httrack has full access rights to this directory, new.zip is
there and is 523 MB (547705280), the partition the file is on has over 100 GB
of free space.

I run other httrack jobs on the same machine, they don't seem to have this
problem. I'm really stuck..
