| Is there an email address I can send a screen shot of
a quirk? It's easier to send an annotated screenshot
than explain.
Here is an attempt at the explanation of the quirk:
Quirk: Httrack is not able to see system classified
folders from the main panel directory tree. Example I
have individual folders on Windows 98 with different
icons controlled by a 'desktop.ini' named file which
windows sees as system folders.
When you open Httrack..on the left directory tree
Httrack cannot see those folders but if I proceed to
the second window where you can navigate using 'Base
Path:' and navigate using it, Httrack is then able to
see those files.
Thats the quirk...any chance of having Httrack see
those files through the main directory tree as 'Base
Path:' does?
Suggestion:
Under the 'Base Path:' drop down UI there is a nice
empty space for a favorites drop down? For those that
keep their websites in different paths on their HDD's,
it would be handy if a favorites list could be kept of
those sites on the HDD instead of navigating through
directories when you want to update a site. | |
