Humm.. the only thing you can try if you have only few 
domains (www.foo.com and bar.foo.com for example) is 
to add a fake authenticated URL among with the other 
URLs, such as:
<http://my_username:my_password@www.foo.com> 
<http://my_username:my_password@bar.foo.com/qwertyuiop.h>
tml

the 'qwertyuiop.html' file will not be downloaded (and 
will cause a non fatal error entry in the logs) but 
this will record my_username:my_password as 
authentication scheme for the 'bar.foo.com/' path, 
which will be used by HTTrack for similar URLs 
generated from the first address.
