May be I was not clear enough. What I want  is \product1 
off c: drive, that is
c:\product1 including all sub-directories and files
not this
c:\intranet\products\product1\*.* and all sub-dir

In other words, I want the result just like copying only the  
\product1 dir&sub to c:\  in Windows Explorer.
