exactly as the Subject: says, i'd like to know how to make httrack perform a
complete duplication of a punbb forum.

using the forum.eeeuser.com punbb installation as an example, please browse to
this web page:

notice the third "sticky" from the top with a topic of:

"Sticky: Poll: would you say it's living up to your expecations/hopes so
far?EEE owners - meeting your expectations so far? by tulsa_sr5  [ 1 2 3 ...
12 ]"


specifically notice the numbers at the end of the topic.  these numbers
indicate how many pages of comments this thread contains.  herein lies my
problem.


how do i get httrack to include all comments of even the longest thread of a
punbb forum?  i've seen punbb threads with over 100 "pages" of comments.

is there a way for me to tell httrack to copy every link as long as it's part
of the original subdomain (forum.eeeuser.com in this case)?
finally, my ideal would be not only to be able to duplicate a punbb forum
completely, but to also include one level of links off of the original domain. 
so if someone adds a comment that includes a link to an article on a different
website, that that link is also included in the httrack copying.
