Clicking on an image goes to page:

The image location is:
<http://imgcash6.imageshack.us/Himg222/scaled.php?server=222>
&filename=jessicaalba1142hi563487ce1.jpg&xsize=640&ysize=480

Both are different sites than profile.imageshack.us so the default of staying
on a site gives you nothing.

Add a filter +*.imageshack.us/*
