Have you tried to ask the board administrators if they will dump you the
database or at least the parts you need?That would save you much time.

If they will not dump the data, I would suggest you mirror the board with
httrack and then scan the local files with some programs or scripts. You will
have much more flexibility when you can write your own analysis scripts.
