What is the best way to automate the mirroring of a site across a particular
directory level e.g.

<http://www.shoesizes.com/shoeboxes/500/fashion.html>
<http://www.shoesizes.com/shoeboxes/501/fashion.html>
<http://www.shoesizes.com/shoeboxes/502/fashion.html> 

etc up to

<http://www.shoesizes.com/shoeboxes/520/fashion.html>

i.e. from /500/ up to /520/
