I figured out the problem. I had not clicked on the Remember Me feature so it
appears that httrack lost track of my identity once it went off the login
page. With the Remember Me button clicked it adds a cookie option to the
authentication info and now every page downloaded shows my login ID so I
believe it is working as desired.
