I can't download this website with Httrack:

I launch downloading with this adress and after some minutes it ends and the
webside miror  contains only the second page accessible  by the link on the
French flag. On this downloaded page, none of the  links situated  under the
superior banner of the page are present.

In summary, the copy of the site is reduced to one page, the one with the
map.
Does it come from the configuration of my browser (IE) or of that of Httrack?
