Hi, all 

For first excuse me for my english - it's not my native language, but anyway I
think I try describe properly the problem. 

When I try to make mirror of site - it's consist links like
/catalog/country/%C2%E5%ED%E5%F1%F3%FD%EB%E0  (Here is link on russian lang) -
PAGE is FOUND and NORMALY download and stored on disk BUT the link on this
page "converted" wrong. 
Do you have any patch to fix it?
