Devajit if you're interested I just wrote a short VBScript to parse the
downloaded files and re-write all the links to the downloaded pages so the
navigation bars work. It disables the other links except for the ones inside
"Sponsors Links" advertisements. Those can be hidden with a slight change.

If you're using Windows I'll post the file and show you how to use it. I ran 3
consecutive short tests by downloading the first 5 pages, rewriting the links
and then deleting the .readme files, takes about 20-30 seconds total.
