I already said that I don't use httrack so I can't be very helpful.
I follow my instructions on one of my mirrors. Had several -*.gif[<9] needed
to change to -*.gif[^<9]
Also added to the end -vz do get info/debug output to console. Ran fine.

not used by httrack, left over from a previous winhttrack?
noticed cookies.txt and hts-log.txt are not updated. adding -b1 didn't
change.
