There is likely to be a tree of pages, probably starting with state, then
drilling down into city, then address and finally club. Each higher level page
will be linked to a lower level page, or there may be a search page. You need
to start the httrack by pointing at the highest page in the tree, and it
should follow the links automatically to the lower level pages, until it
finally reaches all the club pages from one of the higher level pages. 

It will save these as a project, by default in the same structure as on the
website, so just ignore the higher level link pages and go straight to the
club pages as you need to.
