Okay I've figured it out.  But I need one other thing.

The answers to the links go to a higher directory which is why httrack wasn't
picking them up.  So I needed to include that address in the Scan rules
options.  

Now I want to pick up all the pages from 1 to 126.  Do I need to include a
depth of 20 or 30 so I can pick up all the pages?
