Hrmn - my version is 3.16-2 and I'm not experiencing 
any problems using it in English mode - try installing 
it as English mode then change the language later to 
German (I think it's German right?).

If it isn't that then I think it's the operating system 
- it seems that the program is only supported for 
95/95/NT/2K - no mention of WinME or WinXP here... :(
