snapshot=mirror
Do you want a snapshot in time?Or do you want to make a copy. No programs can
make a copy from the public side of a web server. Impossible! That is the
reason web servers exist.

Yes you are. a php runs on a server. html is the output.

You CAN NOT get those things from the PUBLIC side of a web server.
