I appreciate your answer and did find the URL's you provided useful but I am
new to httrack and would need a clear example of how by command line (I am
using LINUX) to CATRCH URL and to use the log out filter to capture a username
and password. The manual unfortunately does not provide one. FYI, the website
is an internal one so no one outside our company can access it. It is form
based authentication.

Can someone help me write the command line code?

At this point all I have from the wizard is:
<https://halgnats.swi.com/support-gnatsweb.pl?databas>
e=Support;State=open;State=inOurCourt;State=inTheirC
 ourt;State=suspended;State=development;State=closed;
 columns=Synopsis;columns=Submitter-Id;columns=Catego
ry;columns=Responsible;columns=State;colu -W -O
 "/home/mohit/websites/test"  -%v -r3 -%e0
